How can I pay for my order?

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is not available. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, excluding weekends and holidays.
How do I return my order?
If an item doesn’t fit, we’ve got you covered. You can return any item by mail, but return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at svahaproducts@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be advised that returns for shipping are on the customer. You can always contact us for any return questions at svahaproducts@gmail.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
FAQ
Can tungsten rings be engraved?
Due to the extreme hardness of tungsten carbide, engraving is nearly impossible. Currently, we do not offer engraving or personalization services.
What is the difference between tungsten and tungsten carbide rings?
Tungsten alone is softer and less durable, while tungsten carbide is created by bonding tungsten with carbon, making it highly resistant to wear. Some rings on the market use cobalt as a bonding agent, which can cause skin irritation and oxidation spots that cannot be polished out. Svaha Jewelry only offers cobalt-free tungsten carbide rings, ensuring superior quality, durability, and shine.
How do I find my ring size?

What if I have trouble removing my ring?
If your ring feels tight, try using butter, liquid soap, or hand cream to help slide it off. In case of an emergency, tungsten carbide rings can be removed by applying pressure with a vice grip-style locking plier, causing the ring to crack. As a last resort, any hospital emergency room will have the necessary tools to remove your ring safely.
Do you offer custom designs or materials?
No, all of our designs are pre-made and sold as-is. We do not offer customizations or alternative materials at this time.
Do you offer ¼ sizes?
No, we currently offer only whole and half sizes. However, our comfort-fit design ensures a snug and comfortable feel, making it easy to find the right size.
Does my ring come with a warranty?
As a new business, we do not currently offer a warranty. However, all purchases are eligible for returns within 30 days. Please refer to our refund policy above for more details.
How long does shipping take?
We strive to process and ship all orders by the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
